Where We Belong is Emily’s latest novel.    I had the honor of going to see her on tour for it.   Synopsis: Kirby has known that she was adopted for a longtime.   On her eighteenth birthday, the adoption agency will give her information about her birth mother.   This information would help Kirby so much with making her future plans.   Meanwhile in New York Marion is making plans for her show that she produces and the man she hopes to marry.   Then she gets a surprise visit from Kirby which unravels more questions for her and her future.   Kirby gains more answers as she spends time with Marion.   Will they both be happy?   How will this affect their future? A Farewell to Arms is a classic in American Literature.   I first read this novel when I was a junior in high school.   I loved it then… Synopsis: Lieutenant Henry has enlisted the Italian Army in World War I.   The United States was not involved yet.    His job during this time is drive ambulances from the battlefield to the nearest hospital.   At one of those hospitals is a nurse Catherine Barkley.    Lt. Henry found himself injured and in the care of Ms. Barkley.       How will the war affect them?   Will they be able to stay together? My Thoughts: I listened to the story this time.   The narration wasn’t bad.    You can tell that this novel was written from the male perspective.   I loved it the first time for the romantic relationship between Catherine and Lieutenant Henry.    The story is timeless and can be appreciated.   I just don’t know that I would apprec...
