You are in for a treat!  Have you ever had someone in your life who is the ultimate enemy?  This is the perfect novel to read next on your to be read pile. Thank you to St. Martin’s Press for sending me a copy of If I Could Turn back Time by Beth Harbison.   She used Cher’s song "If I Could Turn Back Time". I remember this song from the 80s.   I have to say this song has been in my head the entire time I have read this novel. Synopsis:   Ramie Phillips is celebrating her thirty-eighth birthday when she gets news about her friend Lisa who is pregnant.   All of the sudden she wonders if she missed out on something in life. Would having had a family been a better plan?   When Ramie decides to leave the party and take a dip, she gets more than she bargained for.    Raime wakes up and she is eighteen years old again and it is the last few days of high school.   What will she do? Will she be able to turn back time and change the past? My Thoughts:   I unfortunately wasn’t a fan of this one by Beth Harbison.   I didn’t find the story easy to follow initially or could relate to Ramie ...

Thin, Rich, Pretty by Beth Harbison explores the idea do you have to be Thin, Rich, or Pretty to be happy?   This story she introduces three characters:   Holly, Nicola, and Lexie.   What could their experiences possibly have in common? Synopsis: Holly, Nicola, and Lexie met in the past at summer camp in Pennsylvania.   Holly and Nicola were never really liked by the other girls in their cabin.   You could also say the same for their counselor.   Lexie on the other hand was with the popular group but still not loved much by others.   She hid in the popular group in order to feel that she belonged.   One night Holly and Nicola attempt the unthinkable and took something that was very precious to Lexie.   Fast forward twenty years into the future each women has moved forward with their lives.   Holly runs an art gallery but is still trying to please others, but can she truly find happiness?   Nicola is a moderately succes...

Today I have the honor of sharing Beth Harbison’s latest novel Driving With the Top Down.   I won this novel from Goodreads First Read   and St. Martins Press in exchange for an honest review.   I really enjoyed Beth’s last novel that I had a chance to share here.   So I couldn’t wait to share this one!
