  Who's up for a good thriller?  Sarah Pekkanen is good at taking people through many twists and turns.   Her book Gone Tonight is full of many twists and turns.  The story centers around a mother and her daughter.  Will they ever be safe? To cast CATCHING AIR, I'd need three very different actresses - women who look nothing alike and can portray characters with wildly different personalities.     I think Reese Witherspoon would be perfect for Kira, because she looks the part and because Reese does a great job portraying energetic, charming, type-A women. Kira is a little tightly wound, partly because running the B&B largely rests on her shoulders, and I think Reese could tap into those emotions with a real authenticity.      Jennifer Lopez would be a wonderful Alyssa, because she radiates warmth with flashes of passion. Alyssa is a free spirit who has to adapt to one of life's big curveballs, and a woman like Jennifer, who has reinvented herself, would more than do the role justice.      My final main character, Dawn, would be a little trickier, because Dawn has such an intense storyline.
