My Thoughts:

I liked this novel!  A great topic for a novel a high school class reunion.  The characters were the best part of this novel!  The characters are crafted with great wit and psychology.  A much of this novel is concerns coping with phobias.  Both Melanie and Bj have one.  These phobias create great conflict for this story that is great entertainment for the reader.

I have my twentieth high school reunion coming up.  I don’t know if I will go.  When I read this novel and it was also about twentieth high school reunion.  Claire often discusses how her protagonists are ageless.  The story could be about a twenty year old or a fifty year old.  The references to the play list were not any songs that were popular when I was in high school.   The references to Led Zeppelin and Black Satin didn’t really jive with me.

This is a great read!  What would be on your play list?
